Modular Strip Cutting System: FLEXI from SUHR

The Flexi incorporates unique optional interchangeable hot/cold cutting heads which can be quickly changed by the operator as required.

Flexi hot - incorporates a 125 mm temperature controlled hot knife which is adjustable from 0-600 degrees C. It is ideal for almost any type of synthetic strip material from thin ribbon to heavy webbing’s. The module is fitted with an extractor fan and 6 metre hose to exhaust the fumes generated from the melting material.

Flexi cold - incorporates 150 mm heavy duty knife blades which are suitable for cutting flexible plastic strip, tapes, Velcro, zipper, elastic, imitation leather strip, reflective strip, cuffing etc. The extra wide knife allows multi-feeding of several widths helping to double or treble productivity.
