Modular Strip Cutting System: FLEXI from SUHR

The flexi uses a computer controlled stepper motor to accurately measure from 1 mm – 99,9 meters. A switch is available to select accuracy up to 0,5 mm on short lengths if required. The feeding speed is 50 cm per second for maximum productivity. Frequently used lengths can be stored in the machines memory for instant re-call. An alarm sounds when the batch is completed or material exhausted.
The machine is portable and weighs only 26 kg. It can be mounted on a table or bench and requires only a 230/240 50 HZ mains socket and a clean dry compressed air supply. A dual purpose reel holder is supplied that allows horizontal or vertical feeding from the material reel.

An attachment to punch up to 18 holes on a cut length on-line
An attachment to stamp up to 18 marks on a cut length on-line
A photocell to enable the machine to cut in relation to a mark on the material.
